ABOUT

“One night while feeding my son to sleep, I was reflecting on what it was specifically that helped me have such a positive pregnancy and birth. I recognised it was the inner work that I did that had the greatest impact. I had searched for pregnancy journals whilst pregnant but I couldn’t find any that focused on the mother’s internal experience or that helped mothers-to-be engage in inner work.

Most pregnancy journals I found were focused on tracking scans or brainstorming baby names; none had questions that help women prepare mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood at a deeper level. In that moment I thought, why don’t I create the journal I wish I had had whilst pregnant? And here we are, my gift to all mothers-to-be; the brave women ready to be transformed during pregnancy.”
